We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Willie C. and Sons Landscaping LLC, to Winterberry Gardens, a portfolio company of Gemini Investors. The acquisition closed March 24, 2026.

Based in Topsham, Maine, Willie C. and Sons Landscaping LLC is a full-service landscaping company providing residential and commercial property maintenance, design, and improvement services throughout the region. The company offers a broad range of outdoor services including lawn care, seasonal cleanups, hardscaping, planting, and general landscape construction, helping clients enhance both the functionality and appearance of their exterior spaces.
