Telecommunications Consulting Service Provider Acquired by Nova Vida Capital

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Telecommunications Consulting Service Provider, to Nova Vida Capital. The acquisition closed in June 2025 and details were not disclosed.

Nova Vida Capital is a Toronto-based investment firm focused on acquiring small to mid-sized Canadian businesses undergoing ownership or leadership transitions. Founded in 2021, the firm targets stable, capital-efficient companies—such as those in distribution, business services, and managed technology—with strong margins and growth potential. Nova Vida Capital brings hands-on operational expertise and flexible transition strategies to help businesses thrive long-term.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Eastern Region – David Fergusson, and his team led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Mike Hammer with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis and Senior M&A Advisor, Michael Querard established the initial relationship with the Telecommunications Consulting Service Provider.
