We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Waldman Engineering Consultants, Inc., to Reserve Advisors. The acquisition closed December 18, 2025.

Based in Lisle, Illinois, Waldman Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a full-service engineering and consulting firm offering building evaluation, problem solving, and inspection services for residential and commercial structures of all sizes. Established in 2007, the company leverages over 40 years of structural engineering experience to deliver reserve studies, transition studies, project specifications, structural and moisture evaluations, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assessments. Waldman Engineering is known for detailed, user-friendly reports supported by rigorous analysis and practical recommendations, helping property owners and managers address complex building challenges with confidence.

Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Reserve Advisors is a national consulting firm that specializes in capital planning and property wellness solutions for homeowner associations, condominium associations, high-rise buildings and private clubs.
