Yeary Controls Acquired by Opus Water

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Yeary Controls, to Opus Water. The acquisition closed in November 2025.

Yeary Controls provides innovative control valves, actuators, and flow control accessories designed to perform under demanding operating conditions. Its technologies address challenges such as pressure regulation, noise reduction, and cavitation control. Yeary Controls focuses on improving uptime, optimizing performance, and extending asset life in critical systems. It serves customers across water, wastewater, power generation, pulp & paper, steel, and mining industries.
