VOX Fulfillment LLC Acquired by AMS Fulfillment, a Portfolio Company of Fort Point Capital

We are pleased to announce the sale of VOX Fulfillment LLC, a third-party logistics provider, to AMS Fulfillment, an omnichannel fulfillment company and portfolio company of Fort Point Capital. The acquisition closed on August 21, 2026.

Headquartered in Provo, Utah, VOX Fulfillment LLC supports growing e-commerce brands with fulfillment and logistics solutions designed to improve efficiency and reliability. From its 200,000-square-foot facility, the company manages more than 50,000 active SKUs and has fulfilled over 100 million orders for more than 1,000 brands.

VOX provides a broad range of fulfillment capabilities, allowing its customers to manage multiple aspects of their logistics through a single provider:

• Order fulfillment and inventory management
• Assembly and kitting
• Global shipping across major carriers
• E-commerce and marketplace integrations, including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart
• Reverse logistics and returns processing
• Amazon FBM integration with A-to-Z Guarantee Claim coverage

These capabilities have enabled VOX to serve brands across the evolving e-commerce landscape while supporting their fulfillment needs as they grow.

Based in Valencia, California, AMS Fulfillment provides full-service outsourced logistics and omnichannel fulfillment services to fast-growing consumer products brands in the health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, apparel, and consumer products sectors across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. Its network includes more than 1 million square feet of warehouse space across California, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, providing a broad operational footprint for its customers.

AMS processes more than 8.4 million orders and manages over 610,000 unique SKUs annually. The company has also built its platform around a combination of technology, service, and operational capabilities, including:

• Comprehensive and scalable omni-channel fulfillment capabilities

• Proprietary technology, including its WAMS warehouse management system and RateLogic shipping optimization tool

For Fort Point Capital, the transaction adds to a broader investment strategy focused on partnering with management of service-oriented middle market businesses to accelerate growth. The Boston-based private equity firm was founded in 2011 and brings a management-led, growth-oriented approach to private equity investing. Fort Point partners with founders and management teams to accelerate growth by providing resources to expand teams and infrastructure, improve service offerings, access new markets, and support follow-on acquisitions. Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team, led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Fred Zweifel successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Private Client Group, Eric Matuszak established the initial relationship with VOX Fulfillment LLC.
