We are pleased to announce the sale of Vortex Systems, LLC to an Individual Buyer. The acquisition closed September 18, 2025.

Based in Enfield, Connecticut, Vortex Systems, LLC specializes in the design and manufacture of custom test equipment for the aerospace industry. The company creates advanced systems that simulate real flight conditions to test and validate critical aircraft components. With expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, Vortex Systems provides complete solutions from concept and design through fabrication, calibration, and final testing. Their experienced team delivers reliable, high-performance equipment that supports aerospace manufacturers and maintenance operations around the world, helping ensure the safety, quality, and performance of vital aircraft systems.

Executive Managing Director and Group Leader, David Robinson and Senior M&A Advisor, Bryce Gray established the initial relationship with Vortex Systems, LLC.
