Visual Inspection Systems LLC Acquired by The Industrial Service Group, a Portfolio Company of TJC

We are pleased to announce the sale of Visual Inspection Systems LLC, an industrial equipment reliability and inspection company, to The Industrial Service Group, a rotating equipment service network and portfolio company of TJC. The acquisition closed August 14, 2026.

Headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, Visual Inspection Systems LLC is a predictive maintenance provider that has served industrial clients for 40 years, helping equipment owners increase reliability, reduce costs, and improve profitability. VIS technicians are ISO and ASNT certified and OSHA trained, and the company serves 14 key industries across 48 states. VIS delivers a full range of condition monitoring and diagnostic services, including:

• Vibration analysis and dynamic balancing
• Infrared thermography and high temperature video inspection
• Laser alignment and laser tracking
• Motion amplification and non-destructive testing (NDT)
• Motor testing, oil analysis, and leak audits

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, The Industrial Service Group is a growing network of established brands delivering specialized service, repair, and distribution for critical-to-process rotating equipment. ISG unifies its network of experts across five core specialties:
