We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Vets Septic Service, Inc., to Rice Septic Solutions, LLC. The acquisition closed May 29, 2026.

Rice Septic Solutions, LLC, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was formed to acquire and carry forward the operations of Vets Septic Service, Inc. The new ownership is dedicated to building on the company’s foundation and positioning it for long-term growth. The business will continue operating under the Vets Septic Service, Inc. name.
