We are pleased to announce the sale of S&A Trombley Corp. dba LWI Metalworks to an Individual Investor. The acquisition closed May 13th, 2025.

Located in Morristown, Vermont, LWI Metalworks has been family-owned and operated since 1968. They provide a wide range of custom metal fabrication services to suit industries both locally and beyond. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis established the initial relationship with S&A Trombley Corp. dba LWI Metal Works.
