Protech Composites, Inc. Acquired by a Private Buyer

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Protech Composites, Inc., to a Private Buyer. The acquisition closed November 13, 2025.

Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, Protech Composites, Inc. is a carbon fiber supplier and manufacturer known for its high-quality composite materials and custom fabrication services. The company works with customers ranging from major manufacturers to start‑ups and hobbyists, delivering carbon fiber sheets, panels, molded parts and tailored components with a focus on precision, zero porosity and cosmetic excellence. Protech supports a broad range of industries including aerospace, robotics, automotive and consumer goods, and emphasizes responsive service and collaboration throughout its process. Its team combines aerospace engineering roots with advanced manufacturing capabilities to help customers bring innovative projects to life.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team led by Managing Director, M&A, Paul Hajek, with the support of Senior Vice President, M&A, Amy Wall, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis and Senior M&A Advisor, Ken Beckrich established the initial relationship with Protech Composites, Inc.
