Pro Heating & Air Conditioning acquired by Pro Mechanical Services

Generational Equity, a leading advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, business valuation and exit planning, announced the acquisition of its client, Pro Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., headquartered in Spokane, Washington to Pro Mechanical Services, Inc., a Spokane, Washington based heating, ventilation and air conditioning company. The transaction closed October 1, 2010.

Pro Heating and Air Conditioning is a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor and sheet metal fabrication shop. The Company specializes in commercial and industrial projects and has a full-service heating and air conditioning repair department that also provides DDC energy management controls to clients. In addition to project revenues, the Company also maintains preventative maintenance contracts.

Pro Heating differentiates itself from its competitors by offering full-service work and repair, controls, and balancing. The Company is the oldest established shop in the Spokane area. Pro Mechanical Services is a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractor, lead by the former Vice President of Operations of Pro Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Managing Directors, Stephen Crisham, Curtis Case, Diana Altchech and Assistant Vice President, Toby Pence, led Generational Equity’s deal team in marketing and negotiating the transaction.
