Linehan Communications Acquired By ARCM Communications

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Linehan Communications, Inc. to ARCM Communications, LLC. The acquisition closed July 15, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001, Linehan Communications is a telecommunications contractor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, providing a wide range of services that includes VoIP solutions from Mitel Networks, information technology services, cabling and others.

Through extensive knowledge and training in modern communications technologies, as well as older communications technologies, Linehan helps companies improve operations by implementing a reliable telephone system or repairing their existing system.

Started in 2019, ARCM Communications, LLC is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and will assume the operations of Linehan Communications. Business will be conducted in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and Arizona.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Luan Ly, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz established the initial relationship with Linehan Communications.
