Flesch Engineering, LLC Acquired by C2C Technical Services, LLC, a Subsidiary of SI Solutions

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Flesch Engineering, LLC, to C2C Technical Services, LLC, a Subsidiary of SI Solutions. The acquisition closed June 2, 2025.

Based in Houston, Texas, Flesch Engineering, LLC was founded in 2014 as a multi-disciplined engineering firm specializing in mechanical, structural, civil, instrumentation and electrical (I&E), process, piping, and rail engineering. The firm’s experienced team delivers a full range of services, including cost estimation, program management, detailed design, and piping layout. Flesch Engineering provides best-in-class construction administration, overseeing subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Located in Houston, Texas, C2C Technical Services, LLC has over a decade of experience supporting diverse process industries. Focusing on instrumentation and electrical (I&E) construction and engineering services, C2C is recognized for its dedication to quality workmanship, safety, and building lasting client relationships.
