The transaction closed on April 1, 2013.

Founded in 1974, FSI is a sales organization marketing bank supplies and promotional items. FSI specializes in supplying products used by financial institutions primarily in rural communities and services accounts in other industries such as healthcare and veterans facilities. Custom printing is provided to meet specific needs. FSI's financial products include envelopes, imaging and other MICR encoded forms, teller and ATM supplies, as well as bookkeeping, loan, departmental supplies, and custom printed products.

The Company offers a full line of promotional items including wearables, calendars, and pens. FSI prides itself on its personal attention and service from its sales team and staff. They ensure that all orders are processed precisely and effectively, and all art is accurate and timely.
