We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Federal EC LLC, to Crescent Peak and FVLCRUM Funds. The acquisition closed September 24, 2025.

Based in Woodstock, Georgia, Federal EC LLC is a trenchless-pipe specialist providing a full suite of services including pipe and storm drain rehabilitation, trenchless pipe lining, utility construction and repair, sinkhole remediation, pipe inspections, and hydro jetting. The company brings together experienced engineers and technicians to serve municipalities, industrial, commercial, and residential clients across Atlanta, Charlotte, North Carolina, and the broader Southeast. Their focus is on delivering innovative, minimally disruptive solutions for underground infrastructure challenges.
