We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Eastern DataComm, Inc., to Baymark Partners. The acquisition closed July 20, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Eastern DataComm, located in Hackensack, New Jersey, creates customized, scalable communications plans for businesses. Over the past 25 years, the Company has become established as an expert in the areas of data networking (LAN and WAN), business phone system VoIP solutions, video conferencing, wireless networking, Wi-Fi solutions, networking security, emergency notification and structured wiring.
