Colorado WaterJet Company acquired by MJJ Incorporated

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Colorado WaterJet Company, headquartered in Berthoud, Colorado, by MJJ Incorporated, headquartered in Johnstown, Colorado. The acquisition closed on June 2, 2014.

Colorado WaterJet is Colorado's oldest, largest, and most experienced job shop specializing in abrasive waterjet shape cutting. The Company performs specialized metal cutting work primarily for manufacturers and machine shops in the Rocky Mountain Region with most of the business being generated in the Colorado Front Range. The Company has extensive expertise working with ferrous, non-ferrous, and specialty exotic metals, as well as other materials. Prototype, short-run, and production services are available. Managing Director Stephen Crisham, his Vice President Mike Meredith, and their affiliate Donald Beezley led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Colorado WaterJet on the transaction.
