BI Pure Water Acquired by Komline-Sanderson Group, Inc.

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, BI Pure Water, to Komline-Sanderson Group, Inc. The acquisition closed October 30, 2025.

Located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, BI Pure Water is a leading provider of custom-engineered water and wastewater treatment systems. Since 1995, the company has designed, built, commissioned, and serviced modular and skid-mounted treatment plants for a wide range of industrial, municipal, and commercial clients. They offer full-service solutions including system engineering, manufacturing, testing, and ongoing support to help clients meet water quality goals and regulatory requirements.
