We are pleased to announce the sale of Atlas Dewatering, Inc. to Holland Pump, a Portfolio Company of Workdry International. The acquisition closed September 11, 2025.
Headquartered in Port Orange, Florida, Atlas Dewatering, Inc. provides professional installation of wellpoints and sock systems to control and maintain underground water levels. The company specializes in wellpoint system installation, rentals and sales, trenching and sock drain installation, deep well systems, and complete turn-key wellpoint solutions.
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Holland Pump is a trusted leader in pumping and dewatering solutions, serving construction, municipal, industrial, and marine industries. The company provides pump rentals, sales, parts, maintenance, and custom project support, backed by a large fleet of reliable equipment and an experienced team.
