We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Ann Arbor Architects Collaborative, Inc., to Tandem Engineering. The acquisition closed February 2, 2026.

Additionally, Senior M&A Advisor, Senior Business Strategist, Bryce Gray, led the strategic growth plan for Tandem Engineering.
