We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, American Coring & Supply, Inc., to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed October 14, 2025.

Based in Toms River, New Jersey, American Coring & Supply, Inc. has specialized in concrete modification since 1991, providing core drilling, cutting, patching, breaking, and general excavation services for the commercial construction industry. Equipped with advanced tools and experienced crews, the company delivers precise, on-time, and on-budget results for projects in retail malls, strip centers, warehouses, schools, and industrial sites. With a strong network of long-term commercial clients and a 98% repeat business rate, American Coring & Supply continues to earn new work through its reputation for reliability and superior performance. Its proven track record and commitment to quality have made it a trusted name in concrete cutting and coring for over three decades.
