Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, Inc. Acquired by an Individual Investor

We are pleased to announce the sale of Cattlemen's Steakhouse, Inc. to an Individual Investor. The acquisition closed January 29, 2025.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and established in 1910, Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, the city’s oldest dining establishment, has welcomed new ownership that acquired both the business and its real estate from the previous owner. Over its more than 100-year history, the restaurant has seen ownership changes and earned recognition as one of the top 10 steakhouses on Southern Living’s Most Legendary list, ranking third. The new ownership remains dedicated to preserving the welcoming atmosphere and quality that have made Cattlemen’s a beloved fixture in Stockyards City.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Central Region – Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Cory Strickland, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Ryan Johnson successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Doug Morrow established the initial relationship with Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, Inc.
