Olivia Morris is a Growth Analyst at Generational Growth Advisors, where she supports Senior Growth Strategists through financial analysis, market research, competitive analysis, executive leadership assessments, customer surveys, and company culture evaluations. She takes pride in thoroughly preparing consultants for each prospective client workshop.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Olivia began speaking Spanish at a young age through close friendships and extensive international travel. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University, triple majoring in International Studies, Spanish, and Biblical Literature. After graduation, she relocated to Dallas, where she served as a Bilingual Account Specialist at Samaritan’s Purse before transitioning to Associate Director of Marketing and Recruiting for Semester in Spain, a study abroad program based in Sevilla, Spain.

Olivia recently furthered her education abroad in Spain, earning her MBA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Through both her academic background and professional experience, she has developed strong exposure to the food, beverage, CPG, and restaurant industries, with a particular focus on better-for-you brands. She actively engages with industry leaders and trends and attended the Spain Food and Wine Summit in New York City in Fall 2025, further deepening her understanding of international food and beverage markets.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking and baking gluten- and dairy-free foods, hiking, spending time outdoors, playing cards, serving at church, and rock climbing with friends and family.
