Nate Morris
Evaluation Associate
Nate Morris is an Evaluation Associate with Generational.
He works directly with business owners to provide independent, data-driven assessments of enterprise value. Nate develops comprehensive, driver-based valuation models that incorporate historical results, projected financials, and key operating metrics to determine a company’s current value and the underlying drivers that influence it. He also assesses how changes in financial performance and assumptions impact enterprise value.
Nate delivers detailed, executive-ready valuation analyses and reports, including Roadmaps to Enhancing Value, Evaluation Reports, and Confidential Information Memorandums. His work provides business owners with a clear understanding of their company’s valuation, the factors influencing it, and practical strategies to prepare for a successful go-to-market process.
Prior to joining the Evaluation group, Nate served as Manager of Consulting Analysts for Generational Growth Advisors, where he led the team responsible for supporting Growth Advisors and business owners in developing Strategic Growth Plans. In this role, he guided analysis across financial performance, market positioning, and operational strategy to drive scalable business growth.
Nate grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Taylor University, where he was a member of the men’s golf team and achieved All-Conference honors and Academic All-American recognition. He later earned his MBA from Charles III University of Madrid, where he further developed his expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and global business strategy.
Outside of work, Nate is active in his church community and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and pickleball, hiking, playing Euchre, and traveling with his wife, Olivia. His favorite Bible verse is Micah 6:8: “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
