Kelly Bambino joined Generational Group in 2024 as a Client Experience Manager, bringing a diverse background in account management, legal sales, and client service. She has experience in legal sales and is known for her strong problem-solving abilities and systems-thinking approach, helping clients navigate complex processes with clarity and efficiency.

Prior to joining Generational Group, Kelly spent 13 years working as a paralegal, where she developed deep experience in legal documentation and client communication. Her work required precision, organization, and the ability to manage detailed workflows across multiple stakeholders.

Kelly is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served for three years, where she built a foundation of discipline, accountability, and operational structure that continues to inform her professional approach today.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of New Mexico and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Central New Mexico Community College.
