Joshua has been an integral part of Generational Group for the past eight years, currently holding the role of Senior Manager of M&A Buyer Coverage.

In this capacity, he concentrates on cultivating strategic relationships with highly active buyers seeking acquisition opportunities within the Lower-Middle Market. Joshua regularly engages with key stakeholders, including members of the buying committee for Private Equity Groups, Family Offices, Large Corporations, and High Net Worth Individuals.

With over a decade of experience in financial services, Joshua is recognized as an industry specialist in various sectors, including Construction, Energy, Environmental, Machinery, Oil & Gas, and Technology. He has played a pivotal role in supporting the deal team, contributing to the successful closure of over 500 transactions.

Joshua’s academic journey is marked by remarkable achievements. He holds multiple undergraduate degrees from the University of Nevada-Reno, earning a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics. Additionally, he pursued his MBA from Texas Tech University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, along with obtaining his Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certification showcasing his dedication to academic excellence and his commitment to professional growth.
