Mrs. Tew is our Director of Business Development in our Austin, Texas, office. She leads a team of Business Advisors who source and counsel business owners on all their options regarding what will most likely be the biggest financial transaction of their lives.

Upon graduating from Baylor University, she spent 13 years educating the next generation and in 2013 started her own business that quickly grew into a tremendous success. She realized through that business that she has a deep passion for educating owners on best practices and successful growth strategies. Taking her passion for education to the business world has led to a very successful career with Generational Group.
