His work includes financial analysis, market and competitor research, executive leadership assessments, customer and culture surveys, and workshop preparation.

CJ takes pride in equipping each advisor with the insights and clarity needed to drive meaningful impact for their clients. Originally from McKinney, Texas, CJ earned his degree in Finance from Texas Christian University. His background in finance strengthens his analytical approach to business growth and strategic decision-making.
Outside of work, CJ is a new father who values time with his wife and son. He is also a competitive golfer, occasionally competing in amateur events and qualifiers. In addition to golf, he enjoys reading and hosting game nights with friends.
