Ms. Koh has been with Generational’s valuation services practice since 2009. Prior to Generational, Ms. Koh was a senior manager at a boutique capital advisory and consulting firm where she led a team, which identified acquisition targets for financial and strategic acquirers based on an investment thesis. Prior to joining this boutique firm, Ms. Koh served as a senior analyst at a leading middle market investment bank where she executed merger and acquisition transactions for closely held companies in diverse industries.

Ms. Koh graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds a master’s of business administration in finance from San Diego State University. She is a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA). She is also an active volunteer in her local community and serves as one of the philanthropy liaisons in NCL, Inc., Highlander Chapter.
