Mr. Farahmandi is a Senior Vice President at Generational.

Mr. Farahmandi assists clients in the marketing and sale of their businesses. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to negotiating offers, leading seller and buyer meetings, financial analysis and modeling, pre-launch diligence, identifying potential acquirers, executing marketing initiatives, and many other services to complete a successful transaction.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Farahmandi was part of the Generational Evaluation team. He partnered with 100+ clients through the Evaluation Phase, preparing a series of valuation and exit planning reports designed to illustrate industry and business performance, projections, and overall enterprise value.

Prior to Generational, Mr. Farahmandi earned his Master of Science in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to entering the finance sector, Mr. Farahmandi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and immediately after graduation started his marketing career as a Business Development Coordinator for A*Med Healthcare Group and was responsible for establishing business-to-business relationships with doctors, nurses, and social workers.

With a strong background in finance and marketing, Mr. Farahmandi believes the M&A industry has been a great match for his skill set and looks forward to using these skills daily to help every client reach their goal of a successful transaction.
