Samantha O’Kane serves as senior Counsel for Generational Group. In this role, Samantha focuses on transactional work for Generational Group, but is also involved in all of the legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions of the business.

Prior to joining Generational Group, Ms. O’Kane spent many years at a law firm in Dallas, Texas, where she advised clients of all sizes in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private securities transactions.

Ms. O’Kane received her B.A. in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University, and her Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and Illinois.
