Sharpe Mixers Inc. has been acquired by Hayward Gordon ULC

Generational Capital Markets, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, ("GCM", part of the Generational Group) an advisor to privately-held businesses for mergers & acquisitions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Sharpe Mixers Inc., headquartered in Seattle, Washington, by Hayward Gordon ULC, headquartered in Halton Hills, Ontario – Canada. The acquisition closed on December 31, 2014.

Sharpe Mixers Inc. began in 1953 as The Burhans-Sharpe Company, a sales representative organization with equipment and engineering services for the chemical process and pulp and paper mills. After expanding in 1992, the Company updated its name and gained new machinery for welding and painting equipment, including current EPA air handling systems for a safe, clean working environment.
