Generational Group Wins Two International M&A Awards

By Generational Group

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, will take home two honors from The M&A Advisor’s 11th annual International M&A Awards. The awards will be presented at a black-tie gala on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at The New York Athletic Club in midtown Manhattan.

The awards include:

Both deals closed in 2018. Generational Equity’s Fred Zweifel managed the Chalk & Wire transaction, while Generational Capital Markets’ Tom Staszak and Chris Gain closed the Solid Systems CAD Services deal.

“We continue to ride this unprecedented wave of deal making in the M&A industry, driven partially by global financial reform and by the retirement of baby boomers. It’s an exciting time for all of us,” said Brenen Hofstadter, President and Supervising Principal of Generational Capital Markets and Chief M&A Officer of Generational Equity. “I am extremely proud of Fred, Tom, and Chris and the hard work they all put into every client engagement.”

The M&A Advisor is the world’s premier think tank and leadership organization for M&A, turnaround, and finance professionals. It hosts the International M&A Awards every year to recognize the top international deals, dealmakers, and firms conducting important transactions worldwide. This year’s awards will be presented in conjunction with the 2019 Global Corporate Growth Summit.

“It is extremely gratifying to see our team’s outstanding work recognized once again by our industry peers,” said Generational Group President & CEO Ryan Binkley. “These are very distinguished awards that we cherish and it is reflective of our associates’ hard work and dedication to give our clients the outcomes they deserve.”
