Generational Group Advises Stansbury Electric Co. in Its Sale to KSC Holdings

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Stansbury Electric Co., to KSC Holdings. The acquisition closed November 8, 2024.
Located in Louisville Kentucky, Stansbury Electric Co. is a family-owned electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial clients. Offering services like new construction, generator installations, panel upgrades, and solar solutions, the company is known for professionalism, affordability, and a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Stansbury Electric proudly serves Louisville and surrounding areas, including parts of Indiana.
Based in Danville, Kentucky, KSC Holdings invests in mechanical construction companies and supplies throughout Kentucky and surrounding states. Jamie Durham and Todd Clark are the principals of the firm. KSC Holdings currently has holdings in the plumbing, electrical, garage door and Industrial Supplies space with two more acquisitions scheduled to close by the end of 2024.
