Since 1993, SFS has partnered with builders across Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma delivering systems that meet the latest technical standards. With an experienced team averaging over 10 years of tenure, SFS is known for quality, reliability, and over 30 years of dependable service.

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Blackford Capital is a private equity firm specializing in majority buyout acquisitions. The firm focuses on founder-and family-owned businesses in the lower middle-market and growing middle-market sectors, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, and business services.

Founded in 2010, Blackford Capital takes a hands-on approach, offering structured board involvement in its portfolio companies. Blackford Capital targets investments in companies across the United States, with an emphasis on the Midwest, as well as select opportunities in Canada and Asia.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A – Michael Goss, and his team led by Vice President, M&A, Jacob Mangalath successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis and Senior M&A Advisor, Mike Moore established the initial relationship with Security Fire Systems, Inc.
