Precision Manufacturing (PM), located in Sedalia, Missouri, is a manufacturer of tractor implements, and has been solving tree & brush problems for over three decades. The Company offers unique and high-quality products to many industries and are well known for reclaiming pastures, increasing field & crop production, clearing fence rows and improving roadways. Their tree shears, grapples and tree pullers are used by professionals in addition to the many satisfied landowners.

Located in Ozark, Missouri, Tri-L Manufacturing (TM) has been helping farmers move hay since 1987 and today manufactures over 370 products. Their catalog includes not only hay handling items, but also cultivation and cleanup equipment, pallet forks, buckets, adapter plates and much more. As a customer-oriented company, Tri-L designs products to meet the individual needs of the end-user.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President of M&A, Andrew Byrd, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Madison Buckley, successfully closed the transaction. Executive Managing Director Doug Morrow established the initial relationship with PM.
