Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client EMC Enterprises, LLC (dba PJ’s Plumbing & Heating) to R&H Mechanical, Inc. The transaction closed January 5, 2024.

Founded in 1982, PJ’s Plumbing & Heating (PJ’s), located in Belgrade, Montana, installs, remodels, designs, and services all aspects of plumbing, heating, and geothermal systems. The Company also has a service department to properly maintain these systems, with emergency service available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

Revenue is generated from new construction plumbing, service of existing systems, new construction heating, and equipment replacement. PJ’s differentiates itself on several key fronts including superior customer service, high-quality work, and a positive work culture where employees are valued and appreciated.

Located in Eagle, Colorado since 1995, R&H Mechanical’s mission as an Employee Owned Company is to provide Engineering, Mechanical and Plumbing Services to Alpine Markets in the United States. Senior Managing Director Joe Van Voorhis established the initial relationship with PJ’s.
