Generational Equity Announces the Sale of ABC Sign & Display Co.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, McGuire Holdings, Inc., McGuire SKM, Inc., dba ABC Sign & Display Co., to an individual investor. Details were not disclosed.

McGuire Holdings, Inc., McGuire SKM, Inc., dba ABC Sign & Display Co., headquartered in Urbandale, IA, provides signs, flagpoles, promotional items and awnings.

In addition to custom design, the Company offers signage installation and maintenance services. ABC Sign & Display Co. was founded in 1966 and owned by Kevin and Phoelisa McGuire. The acquisition closed on May 31, 2016.
