Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of WB Construction, LLC by Strathklyde, LLC

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, WB Construction, L.L.C. (WBC), headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, by Strathklyde, LLC, headquartered in Houston, Texas. The acquisition closed on January 8, 2016.

Established in 2001, WB Construction LLC is a specialty industrial contractor, providing facilities and system upgrades to major petrochemical and natural gas processing sites, and other related industries. WBC is a certified ASME “R” Stamp vendor and an OSHA Star Site Contractor.

The Company has worked on hundreds of upgrade/repair projects for high profile processing and storage plants, and is the preferred contractor for capital and maintenance projects at a major chemical manufacturer in Kansas.

Managing Director Michael Goss and his team, including Vice President Julie Sandoval and Generational Equity-affiliated partner Fred Phillips, of Transition Advisors, Inc., led the Generational Equity deal team that advised WBC on the transaction.
