Generational Group Announces the Acquisition of Osborn Architects by NAC Architecture

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Osborn Architects, headquartered in Glendale, California, by NAC Architecture, headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The acquisition closed on August 22, 2014.

Osborn Architects (Osborn) is an architectural engineering firm that provides planning, architecture, landscape architecture, graphic design, and construction management services to a variety of public and private sector clients in greater Southern California. 

Osborn’s primary specialization is the educational market and other civic buildings.  Future areas of growth include design/build services, commercial sector projects, sustainable food systems, and green technologies. 

NAC Architecture is a diverse architecture practice with offices in Spokane and Seattle, WA, Denver, and Los Angeles.

In addition to winning 250+ individual project awards, the firm-wide recognition includes rankings as one of the Architect Top 50 firms in the U.S., based on such measures as design excellence and sustainability, and as eighth largest architecture firm in the K-12 sector.

The 130-person practice, formed in the 2014 merger of NAC Architecture and Osborn, provides design excellence guided by the principles of collaboration and responsibility.
