Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, EnviroSense, Inc., headquartered in Londonderry, New Hampshire, by EnSafe Inc., headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. The acquisition closed on October 31, 2014.
