Generational Equity Announces Sale of Tires 2 You to West Coast Tire Pro

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Tires 2 You LLC, to West Coast Tire Pro, Inc. The acquisition closed July 19, 2017. Details were not disclosed.

Tires 2 You, based in Renton, Washington, operates two Big O Tires locations. Big O Tires is one of North America's largest retail tire franchisors and provides customers with a broad range of automotive services in addition to quality tires, wheels and accessories.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham's team, led by trusted affiliate Steve Spencer with support from Generational Equity Vice President Lori Galloway, successfully closed the deal. Generational Equity Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Tires 2 You.
