Generational Group Advises Riviera Pools in Sale to Two Private Investors

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of Riviera Pools, Inc. and D & B Services to two Private Investors. The acquisition closed December 21, 2020 and details were not disclosed.
Riviera Pools (Riviera), located in Foley, Alabama and founded in 1993, provides swimming pool construction, service, repair and sells related retail products. In 2020, revenue was derived from construction and remodeling and service and repair. The Company has built its reputation by providing friendly customer service and high-quality products. Riviera has served the Gulf Coast and the Southern Baldwin County for over 20 years.
Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Sam Sumner, with support from Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director Terry Stidham established the initial relationship with Riviera.
“The seller has agreed to remain with the two investors for one year to help ensure a successful transition,” said Sumner.
