Generational Equity Advises Rapid Production Tooling in Sale to RL Hudson & Co.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Rapid Production Tooling Inc., to RL Hudson & Co. The acquisition closed June 29, 2018.

Rapid Production Tooling, based in Berthoud, Colorado, manufactures high-end steel and aluminum molds for the injection molding industry.  The company has a reputation for excellence among a variety of industry segments, including healthcare and medical devices, electronics, recreational equipment, plumbing products, fitness equipment, custom molders and more.

RL Hudson is a custom rubber and plastic parts manufacturer located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. It creates parts for key segments like medium/heavy trucks, outdoor power equipment, power sports and off-highway vehicles, recreational marine and agriculture, among others. The acquisition will allow RL Hudson to leverage additional technology and capability to provide turnkey service to customers.
