Generational Equity Advises Pratt Homes in its Sale to Private Investor

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, TTARP Investments, Inc. (dba Pratt Homes) to a Private Investor. The transaction closed September 15, 2022. 

Located in Tyler, Texas, Pratt Homes is an independent modular, manufactured, and park model dealership. With hundreds of floorplans and customizations to choose from, Pratt Homes offers a wide variety of homes that can suit any budget or taste. 

The homes are factory engineered and prefabricated. Customers can customize and order their custom home or purchase one from the sales center. The Company handles everything from beginning to end. Pratt Homes is one of few in the industry that has an in-house Finance Department with an on-site experienced and licensed mortgage loan originator. 

In addition, its Construction Department will arrange the delivery, set up, and on-site trim out to complete the building process, as well as septic, electricity, concrete foundations, garages, carports, driveways, etc. The Service Department promptly addresses and resolves any emergency warranty needs after the customer has moved into their home. 

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region,  Michael Goss, Senior Managing Director, M&A, Cory Strickland, with the support of Vice President M&A and Digital Marketing, Vanessa Christian, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director,  James Carr, established the original relationship with Pratt Homes.
