Generational Equity Advises P3 Composites in Sale to Fontana Walker

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, P3 Composites LLC to Fontana Walker LLC. The acquisition closed April 23, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

P3 Composites, located in Charleston, WV, manufactures a wide variety of carbon fiber protection products such as brake handle bar protectors, boot guards, and body shielding. The Company manufactures some of the finest quality carbon fiber protection products for off-road motorcycles on the market.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss and his team, led by Managing Director Jerry Yocum with support from Managing Director Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz established the initial relationship with P3 Composites.

“The seller and the buyer worked well together to get the deal to the finish line. As in every transaction there is a lot of last minute details that need to be handled. Both the buyer and seller worked hard to get all the issues resolved,” said Jerry Yocum. “The business is growing fast and should continue to grow in the foreseeable future.
