Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of K.C. Electric Systems, Inc. to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed December 29, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Located in Carrollton, Texas, K.C. Electric is an electrical contractor serving the commercial and industrial sectors throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area. Revenue is generated from a mix of the Company’s product offerings, including: Remodeling, new construction, and service. K.C. Electric serves grocery stores, full-service restaurants, industrial spaces, quick-serve restaurants, and retail establishments. The Company has 150 active clients and a client list of over 200, making it one of the leading electrical contracting firms in the Dallas metro area.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions, Cory Strickland, with support from Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with K.C. Electric.
