Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Capitol Awning, to Private Investors. The acquisition closed September 24, 2021.
Capitol Awning, located in Richmond, Virginia, designs, manufactures and installs custom awning solutions for both Residential and Commercial customers. Their work can be seen in local hospitals, commercial areas, retail centers, and neighborhoods all over central Virginia.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Gene Gall, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Terry Stidham established the initial relationship with Capitol Awning.
