Generational Group Advises Caliber Precision in its Sale to Northwest Metalcraft

Caliber Precision (Caliber), located in Mount Vernon, Washington, is a CNC/machining shop, providing three and four-axis CNC machining, CNC turning, assembly, and prototype-to-production services, working with materials ranging from structural to exotic aerospace alloys and on part sizes ranging from very small up to several feet. Caliber customers create a diverse base ranging from Defense, Aerospace, Commercial Construction, Environmental, Commercial Fishing, Bio Medical, Electronics and Enclosures.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Paul Hajek, with support from Managing Director – M&A, Chad Comroe, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Brian Hendershot established the initial relationship with Caliber.
