Generational Equity Advises Allwaste Services in Sale to Waste Management

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Allwaste Services Inc., to Waste Management Inc. The acquisition closed July 13, 2018.

Allwaste Services, based in Lexington, South Carolina, is a local residential garbage, construction container and commercial container company. Since 1997, the company has provided the best and most prompt service in the Columbia-Lexington and surrounding areas. 

Waste Management is the leading provider of comprehensive waste management services in North America, providing services that range from collection and disposal to recycling and renewable energy generation. The company serves more than 21 million municipal, commercial and industrial customers, and it is North America’s largest residential recycler. It is headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Generational Equity Senior Managing Director Terry Mackin successfully closed the deal, and Senior Managing Director Brian Hendershot established the initial relationship with Allwaste Services.
